Artist Statement:

" Hello! I am an artist and entrepreneur living and working in Stavanger, Norway. This is my internet home. I tend to make alot of stuff - web, fine art, music, etc, etc - and on this site I have tried my best to organize it as well as I can so u all can take a look! It’s updated very very very sporadically, by me(!), so if something isn’t here, please stop by in a few months / years, & maybe it will have shown up! I’m trying my best!"

Creation Title: "Arcangel Surfware Flagship"

A bit confused at what exactly i was looking at initially, however turns out that this is a store that this mans has launched. It's a flagship store, where you can purchase items that he produces, view some of his creations, his brand, and more. This is by far the most eye-catching thing to me, simply because he did this all by himself with the help a few. It's incredible to market and brand your own clothing or style and a very condensed industry. I think this idea alone is genius, because it allows and gives himself as well as others the opportunity to witness greatness.
Offered inside are:Flagship A.S hosts , an in-house gallery. Flagship A.S. hosts, 3 exhibitions a year local & international artists displays, lectures, & performances.

Performing Art Piece w/ Malia

The performing art piece I chose to do with my partner Malia B. was one that should inspire many. At first I had no idea of what I wanted to do. I thought about a music video, but how can I be apart of a performance and put a twist on it. Thus, forth I decided to seek a partner or partners. In class me and Malia coordinated amongst ourselves when we meet. We met here on campus in the Music Department in the instrument portion of the building. I coordinated with an old professor about performing and getting together a group of students to join us. Inspired also by a famous producer know as TheGoat 808, he has challenge that you say or yell, "How you gunna be a GOAT and you don't GO OUT AND TRY!" Got it, easy pickings. (2D)Pacman Grid Art (Marcus G)

For my Grid Art project I took a different approach. I wanted to capture multiple elements of art in one project, thus I incorporated different aspects of art. I thought to myself, what will capture the visual aesthetics of other humans and their artistic vision. From U]T, to my house (all over), to the backyard, to the beach, in my room, I used the traditional grid of a cardboard box. Made with glitter. (This is the actual picture that inspired the art) My grid art project was inspired by my love for retro video games. I've always enjoyed older games like Pacman, Mariokart, Megaman, and more.
