Making Sure your Mix Is Solid

Howdy, and welcome back. Today we will be discussing how to make sure your mix is good to go. This involves a few short steps to perfecting your masterpiece. Often time’s levels, volumes in, and audio track can either determine whether the track is good quality or a total bust. To eliminate that issue, I’m going to discuss how to avoid that. First things first, be sure to make sure the actual volumes in the audio tracks are at a level of comfort. From there you will need to find the EQ levels. Depending on your software, this can be found in the menus tab. A small box will appear and then allow you to tweak, edit, and adjust the overall levels of your recording. In the EQ settings, you can adjust the compression, the volume, and the panning. When mastering the overall volume of your track, be sure to listen to it precisely.
