Project 3 Final (HavocWorld)

For this project, I decided to work individually. I've chose to re-create a red carpet/ interactive runway, that engages all people no matter age, race, or ethnicity, to freely express themselves.


The project itself, was done intentionally by myself, to exploit and utilize and put forth the meaning of togetherness.


There will be a fashion show theme, minus smoke (smoke Detectors), and cool ambiance, of lights and incorporated colors (Blackbox).


From there, I will check in the fashion models for the day, as if it are a real fashion show.
At the front door you will wait in the lobby or in the classroom in the order that you decide.


1)You will check in with me @ the Blackbox. You will give me your full name and a title of a song that best describes you. This is pivotal because essentially, each participant in the class will walk the "stage" and express themselves however they want.


2) Once you have walked the strip and taken a minimum of 2 photos. You have the option to hang around and wait for the other participants. In the chairs provided, or casually as more guest fill in.


* I will be shooting a live video as well as improv photos with my self camera for each participant. No Pressure!


Respectfully I ask that we engage in maximum participation as a class.

For this project, i decided to actively have the majority of my class participate. Given the opportunity, they were allowed to choose a song suited best to them, their style, their liking. Interactivity of the IPad and the music, allowed everyone to openly express what they like.

The project itself was inspired by my new love for photography. I thought it would be cool to see fellow students and colleagues outside of their element. Needless to say, it was a complete HIT! From the walks, the smiles, the feeling, the excitement, and more. The purpose of my project was to actively interact and treat the atmosphere like a private photo shoot.

For my Grid Art project I took a different approach. I wanted to capture multiple elements of art in one project, thus I incorporated different aspects of art.
